Wholesale Terms of Service

1. General
These terms apply to wholesale customers purchasing from Goodis for the purpose of resale. By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

2. Minimum Order
Our recommended minimum order for wholesale is 20 lbs. However, we are flexible and happy to discuss smaller test orders.

3. Pricing
All wholesale prices are provided upon request. Prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to supplier costs or market changes.

4. Ordering Process
Wholesale orders are placed via our request form or by direct email. Once we confirm availability and pricing, you will receive an invoice. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless credit terms have been pre-approved.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide in the U.S. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be included in your quote. Goodis is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

7. Returns & Claims
Wholesale orders are final sale. If your delivery is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the goods. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Product Quality & Shelf Life
We guarantee that all candy is fresh upon dispatch. Shelf life varies between products but typically ranges from 6 to 18 months. For large orders, we’re happy to provide best-before information in advance.

9. Use of Goodis Branding
Wholesale clients may not use the Goodis brand name, logo, or packaging design for their own marketing purposes without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
Goodis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the business relationship between the parties shall be settled by a Swedish court of law.
